The Solution
An app with daily tasks that guide the relationship through activities. These are customized thanks to an algorithm that profiles the users and dogs.

Revenue Model
We use a freemium business model. We have free daily tasks and activities. Moreover, with a yearly subscription of 120 EUR, the user has courses of professional dog instructors and experts in a wide variety of related fields. Moreover, community activities are available.

Go-To-Market Strategy
Our initial target customers are people that have recently adopted or bought a pet. New pet owners are the most likely to look for resources in different fields that can help them best take care of their pets or activities to do with them. We will sell them the yearly subscription and we are planning to release one new series of courses every month. The courses will be done by selected professionals that are recognized experts through their professional careers.

Traction
We have already closed the deal with 5 professional experts that will do courses for our platform. We have 40 beta testers that have given us feedback and we have already created 4 months of free daily content for our users. We have kicked off a campaign to acquire a wait-list of 500 customers, they will receive a discount of 50% for the first month of subscription.
