Since its inception, Black Girls Code has had a tremendous impact on the STEM landscape. The organization has engaged over 90,000 girls in coding and other STEM-related activities, and its programs have been implemented in over 20 cities in the U.S. and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most inspiring stories is that of 16-year-old Kiera Dominguez, who was inspired to pursue a career in engineering after attending a Black Girls Code event. She has since gone on to become the organization\u2019s youth ambassador and is now pursuing a degree in electrical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
