We know that closing deals can happen through a long sales funnel that often starts with a conference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As so many things are reimagined in these times, from learning to working in a team, the way we conduct sales will dramatically change. Unlike traditional sales, we are going to <a href=\"https:\/\/maccelerator.la\/en\/blog\/startups\/from-confusion-to-precision-how-elite-founders-master-customer-clarity\/\">challenge<\/a> you with creating a new sales model that gets out of the typical assertive tactics and physical constraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">How can we build trust and provide value for buyers before a purchase begins? How can we provide education and adapt our process to each buyer&#8217;s unique needs? How can we shift the focus from the product to the customer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this <strong>2 week-long hackathon<\/strong>, we will select up to 20 teams that will be tasked with a sales transformation problem in a business case study. We will provide <a href=\"https:\/\/maccelerator.la\/en\/blog\/startups\/stage-specific-guidance-why-your-pre-seed-startup-doesnt-need-series-a-advice\/\">guidance<\/a> along the way for the teams as they create solutions for the business problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you a part of our <strong>M Accelerator community<\/strong> and want to participate?
