Raised in Camarillo, California. Obtained an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands and BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Ryan has a background in technology and business strategy. Ryan has worked on and off at Ojai Oil Company and recently here since 2011.

He is presently acting as director of technology, property manager, mineral trust manager, and new business manager.
