FAQ for MA Founders Studio

We often recommend founders start acquiring a clear direction for their business strategy and go to market before completing the tech. There will be many insights that will come out from this process of clarification that will inform your solution design process.

The Founders Cohorts provide a light approach to an accelerator program for companies before entering the market with an MVP.  This is a group coaching approach filled with workshops, reviews, and strategy sessions to work on your business from many different angles. 

Many sessions are dedicated to business model elements, go-to-market strategies and tactics, and fundraising. These are all the elements that will collectively create a business deck and other documents that give founders a strong sense of direction and help with communicating business value to investors, customers, and other stakeholders.

We have sessions every Tuesday 9:00 - 10:00 AM Pacific Time
all sessions are recorded and accessible on our platform (only to the founders in the cohort).
To all the members of our community, we also offer Thursday Mentor Sessions 12:00 - 1:00 PM PT with experts and investors.

 

Each session has an intro and depending on the challenge from the previous session, there is a review of the work done and a Q&A part.

We want founders to ask their "Yes..., but" questions so we can be more hands-on with their work. There is always plenty of time to go through all the questions from the founders. We also encourage founders to DM us (on the platform) their questions before the session so that we can prioritize them.
