In Europe and the US James works with venture capital funds, startups, large corporations and accelerators on both strategic and legal matters.

James mentors and advises startups from pre-seed through Series A, serves as mentor and judge for various Italian accelerators including: Intesa San Paolo Startup Initiative, TT Ventures SeedLab, Mind the Bridge, Startup Weekends, Startmiup and TechPeaks.
James is mentoring companies that in 18 months were able to raised ~$8m.

James works also on Legal & Strategic aspects managing corporate law and strategic consulting practices, advising on, and drafting and negotiating agreements relating to: strategic alliances, international expansion, mergers & acquisitions and interim management.
