About the Space

Our beautiful 1800 sq ft Studio is located in the heart of DTLA. This naturally lit space with white walls and windows floor to ceiling is perfect for creative meetings, any film, or photoshoots.
This space includes an accessible outdoor deck (check the photos).

It's an ideal space for creating brainstorming, training sessions, company reunions, and other meetings.

We also hosted top influencers, fashion brands, and productions for their photoshoots and other video production. We hosted indie filmmakers and grad students shooting their thesis.

Most days, if you are looking for a natural look, you don't even need lights.

The space is organized in reception, a small conference room, and two main presentation areas. Some furniture, like the bookcases anchored at the wall, can't be moved to host a large production/photoshoot.

Especially for creative companies, this is the ideal space for masterclasses, workshops, seminars, lectures, presentations, and other kinds of events and meetings.

The space is equipped with two video projectors in two different areas. The first area is for a smaller group with a casual and comfortable setup. The second area is for larger groups, a more formal setup with a roll-up screen or touchscreen, chairs, and tables.

The place is large enough for attendees to have a dedicated place for food and drinks. We also have a counter with high chairs and a small fridge and microwave.

Guests can also enjoy the outdoors on the 4th floor during the meeting breaks. The outdoor patio is reserved only for your guests. (No other units have access to the patio).
