From the Blockchain world: $4M cap for the private-sale at Veryfile

Could you briefly describe what is Veryfile?
VeryFile is a blockchain network aims to create a service of file management with a vision to ‘leverage the power of immutable blockchain to provide a virtual infrastructure for business and individuals’. Essentially, all internal documents are encrypted and stored within decentralized blockchain network that eliminates all the risk from data leaking, and excessive cost due to the absence of intermediaries. It exploits peer-to-peer file management with utilization of smart contract which gives user an ability to automatize entire business procedures, enhancing efficiency of internal management while maintaining an ability to trace the origin and transfer of the documents without giving away privacy to those outside the network. The services offered by VeryFile also come with internal ecosystem management to help accelerate every business task in a more secure way where all activities will be recorded and monitored within network.
When did you started working on this project?
I have started working on the project during the acceleration program in M-accelerator, working on an existing idea inspired by my previous working experiences.
Before M Accelerator what was your involvement with blockchain and cryptocurrency?
The first time I joined the crypto-world was in the mid 2011 mining/faucet bitcoin with my old pc. I was little bit more than a kid, after the crash mt.gox-related I left the crypto market focusing on my studies. Around 2 years ago, I met an entrepreneur in Miami that introduced me again on this world. From that moment I get in again trading cryptocurrencies and investing in ICOs, after few months, the good results allowed me to arrange partnerships with investors team and trading groups. The market was growing really fast in that period, in 6 months I and a team of guys in my same situation, raised enough funds to have the possibility to launch our project, open our company and became fully part of the ecosystem.

Do you remember before the experience in LA, why you decided to apply for M Accelerator?
I get in contact with Alessandro almost 10 months before to start the course, I was working at a big international company, but at the same time, I was looking for interested investors and entrepreneurs for launch a my startup project.
Did you feel you needed to improve/acquire any specific skills?
I needed to get in contact with a new and dynamic ecosystem like that one found in Los Angeles. Expand my business network and take a closer look at the most advanced country in the world.
At the same time, during my period in M-Accelerator I had the possibility to learn a lot from experienced entrepreneurs and professors.
How was your experience at M Accelerator? and how was L.A.?
Positive, have the opportunity to see and be in contact with an innovative ecosystem is a unique experience. Interesting classes given me inspiration and tools really useful for my career.
In which way it was the program helped putting you on the right track?
The Startup Program gave me important contacts, basis and tools for my career and for bootstrapping my blockchain network project. M-Accelerator is still following and helping us with advisory and advice.
How is it that a startup program can help with an ICO or it’s conception?
Even though a ICO project is should be managed in a really uncommon way compared to the “classic” business market, at the basis of a ICO there is a real, and frequently extremely innovative, startup project. Like any startup, it needs a strong business model and a winning idea as background.
Generally, I would underline that many aspects of a ICO startup are unusual like the market in which the launch will have place, for sure, a program should consider those aspects, for example the different marketing strategies, different media channels, different project development, specialized background in the blockchain tech and, not less relevant, different economy and markets.
You just launched the private sale, can you tell us a little bit about the team and the work that your team is doing?
At the moment, including team and advisory. Around 20 amazing people are hardly working on the project. From 10 countries and 3 different continents, moreover new experienced professionals are going to join the team really soon.
The VeryFile’ vision and project is expanding at record time, our main community on telegram counts more than 16.000 people and new rounds of massive marketing are scheduled soon by our marketing team.
The team is composed by highly skilled entrepreneurs and technicians accurately selected through interviews and test-tasks.
Each member has already experience with Blockchain and ICO projects, most of them have raised in successful ICOs more then 5M$ each.
Can you tell us about your goal for this pre-sale and future plans?
Currently we are in a private sale phase the hard cap in this phase is 4M$.
For entire the token sale campaign the soft cap will be 2.5M$ , the hard cap 24M$
We are building up a community from tens of countries and an international team that at the moment include around 20 people from 10 countries and 3 different continents.
Regarding the future plan, I can’t give a lot information, in this phase they are private. But thanks to the high skilled team we are confident on the future of the project even though the current crypto ad stock market are in a bear phase. Interesting news and brilliant business and tokenomics solutions will allow us to tackle the market status and potentially bring us to became a top-rated ICO project.
